HelsinkiMissio

As part of HelsinkiMissio’s brand renewal at TBWA, I contributed to the design of a new website aimed at improving accessibility and overall user experience. HelsinkiMissio is dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing loneliness, offering services for a wide range of audiences—from young people and families to the elderly.

The project addressed key challenges, including poor usability that made seeking help difficult and stressful, limited accessibility for users with disabilities, and internal dissatisfaction with the existing information architecture and user flows.

About:

My role focused on UI/UX design, where I worked across multiple stages of the process, including benchmarking, defining the visual direction, and establishing accessibility guidelines. I contributed to improving affordances and restructuring the information architecture, as well as building mockups to visualize the new experience.

Additionally, I supported the process through a qualitative questionnaire to better understand user needs and insights.
